ive been able to get the head into my mouth for awhile now and i cant seem to get any farther and my back dosnt hurt when i do it is there something i can do to get farther thanks

Hi.
I'm gonna guess here that you mostly just use one technique to self.
I found it a real help to switch between all the positions I know of during a session. Each one uses different parts of your back, legs or neck.
Yes I know that some positions won't seem to get you very close but do them anyway. I was amazed at how my least favourite poses started to improve after a bit of time.
When you go back to your favourite one, you'll be better at it.
That's what I find anyway.
