Thanks to Scruff app., I have an individual that has reached out and wants to learn a few tips, tricks and techniques! The individual is Hispanic 30 6'3" and 330 lbs... Of course diet, exercise and stretching are on the agenda... What suggestions would any of YOU like to give?
