I've noticed that i tend to bend my upper body more than my lower body. I would also like to be able to bend my head more so I can get more depth. Nice clip! Have you tried other positions, other than the X? I know lots of guys like it, but I always found it limiting. Stretching in the plow position (look it up on a yoga site if you don't know it - you'll get lots of good stretching info) and all of the related poses will stretch out your neck and your lower back in ways that other positions won't.
