try these out, you should be able to get these at any drug store and its not harmful...

Selenium
Essential for sperm production, almost half of the male body's supply of selenium is concentrated in the testicles and the seminal ducts adjacent to the prostate gland. Selenium is an antioxidant that prevents free-radical damage and preserves tissue elasticity.

Zinc
Zinc is a critical trace mineral for male sexual function. It is involved in virtually every aspect of male reproduction, including hormone metabolism, sperm formation, and sperm motility. Zinc found in the seminal fluid, increases sperm count and mobility, and blood testosterone levels. A deficiency in Zinc can result in impotence, decreased sperm count, or decreased motility possibly resulting in infertility.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C decreases sperm abnormalities and increases sperm number and quality. Helps to protect sperm from damage and to keep sperm from clumping together. Vitamin C can also assist in the making of properly functioning sperm as well as increasing sperm count.

Zinc will help alot, and could try a ZMA combination, they all help semen production and boost your immune system, which also helps!
