Help please...

So, I want to upload pics, and maybe put up a profile picture. Can somebody tell me how to do it, please?

hi mazyc,
ok for the profile pic part:
1. Click on "User Control Panel"
2. Click on the Profile tab
3. Choose the "Edit avatar" option on the left
4. Upload an image file* using the browse button
*note: You may have to edit your image for size as your profile avatar can only be a certain size ( 60 Kb)
