Huh - that's a new injury to me. If you see a doctor you can always use the old "I was doing yoga" excuse - there are plenty of positions that involve similar body motions. If you want to make it believable you could even look at some yoga sites or books and figure out a position that might cause the same injury ;)

It may feel like it's the clavicle but actually be a muscle/tendon/nerve problem - that's a very complicated area of the body, and injuries - often from gym workouts - are really common.

And - hell yeah it sounds worth it - super hot, man!

Weightlifting can also be a good excuse. It is known to cause injuries in that area with bench pressing or military presses.
