Thoracic stretching vids

I found a thoracic ( ribcage area) stretching video.s on utube and think they would be good to add to the stretching program. See if after a month you improve.

thoracic stretching is what finally allowed me to really go balls deep. I don't know any vids, but focusing on the stretch is important. Don;t over stretch at the lowest level as it;s easy to do that and easy to hurt yourself !!!

How long did you stretch for to achieve depth?
