Beautiful cock! If you have a video that's under 2MB you can upload it directly to the forums (putting it in a zip archive is a good idea, if you know how to do that). Bigger files you can upload to one of the file upload sites like megaupload.com or http://rapidshare.de and then post a link in your message here in the forums.
