Got my glans in but can’t move more into me

I’m a self-sucker on here but decided to read up on a lot of these threads awhile back and see if I could self-fuck a little as well since I have a longer than average penis, (7.75”/19.5cm). I throw myself into the Plow pretty easily when I selfsuck so I did that last weekend on my carpeted floor and after some effort and Kegals was able to penetrate myself just with my glans. It was very exciting too, one of those, “Holy Shit” moments that made my heart pound. It felt warm and snug and sexy as Hell to look at. My first instinct was to take a selfie, as if it were a “Hold my beer!” moment to be captured, lol, but my glans wouldn’t stay inside of me without my continuously holding it firmly inside of me with fingers of my right hand and stretching my shaft with the fingers of my left hand. Also, I wasn’t able to thrust my glans any deeper at all with my fingers since I was at my length limit. It was actually a little easier to “turn the corner” downward into the hole when I lost a little engorgement and stiffness and was just semi-erect. There’s several yoga stretches that I do from time to time to increase the pelvic tilt angle and bringing my penis closer towards my face, so I’m hoping this might also help shorten the distance a little from the base of my penis to my anal opening if there’s any sort of internal abduction component technique that could be helpful. Any ideas?
