I can get my cock head into my ass when I'm completely soft but my problem is then i can't get hard. I tried watching porn and it didn't seem to help. I'm also a grower and i go from 4 soft to 8 erect so if i get semi hard im usually too hard by the time I get near getting it in. any ideas anyone?

Same problem - can get it in when it's pretty soft but once in cannot get hard enough to get a fucking motion going. I think it's because the way the penis is twisted to get it in shuts off the blood vessels that would usually carry in the blood to engorge the penis. I suspect a similar reason is responsible for guys not being able to cum in their arse. Might be worth trying to alter how you insert it - give it some slack particularly where the shaft emerges from the body. Might have to try it myself too!
