This has for years been something that if on the rare occasion I saw performed in a porno, made me just lose it. I always thought it was the hottest. I guess what I don't get is that in porno flicks most are so the same. This seems like a great alternative to most scenes.
Also, looking at the picture it seems as if it should be readily possible. His mouth would be maybe 4 or 5 inches from his own dick head if he bent over to suck himself, so I'd think that most guys would be able to have that amount of flexibility to do this.
