I see that your book has the same title as Gary Griffin's. Is this the same book or is it a different one? If it's different, can you please provide some information about it?

Hey, I ordered the book on November 2 and I haven't received it yet. What's the deal? I last heard from you on November 18 and I've tried contacting you since then with no response. If you are unable to produce the book I paid for I want a refund. Thanks.
