Been trying for a long time to self suck. Just can't get closer then five inches away. Has anybody made it that was so far away to begin with? I have lost most of the fat around my midsection, but still feel that what is left may be keeping me from my goal.
I workout quite a bit, and have also been stretching with yoga for almost a year.
