I'm pretty average in the length department, but I can get it in and even cum in my ass (only twice so far though), so here's my instructions.

How to fuck yourself:

Lube up and finger yourself until you can get 2 or 3 fingers in. Don't go too crazy, it's easier if you have enough strength left in your ass muscles to hold in your dick. You need to be soft to do this!

1. Lay on your back on your bed. (edit: it's good to have some pillows behind you so you can prop up your back with them later)
2. Put your right leg up on the backboard (or the wall, mines a ittle less than two feet up). Leave your left leg down.
3. Roll slightly to your left.
4. Grab your dick, and bend it to the left, around your balls so it's pointing at your ass, and the top of your head is against your asshole (if you can reach it) or further.
5. Put some extra lube on the top of your dick (or try without).
5. Wipe off the underside of your dick so there's no lube and it's dry.
6. Wipe off your right hand so it's dry. (This is all so you can get a good grip.)
8. You can use your left hand to push down on the top of the your dick (at the base) for more length.
7. Reach under your right leg with your right hand.
8. Pinch (not hard!) the skin (just the skin!) right underneath your head with your thumb and index finger.
9. Pull your dick down towards your ass (it shouldn't hurt).
10. Use your ring and pinky fingers to guide your head up to your asshole.
11. The idea is to push your dick in your ass as if you were putting your thumb and index finger in your ass.
12. Relax, and push your fingers and your dick in. Alignment is key. Don't worry if the top of your head isn't going in, it should pop in if your sphincter and your dick are aligned perfectly.
13. If you haven't let go, try to push it, and your fingers, up a bit further.
14. If you let go, press it in quickly or it will come out and, if you can, tighten your ass muscles to keep it in.
16. Voila!

* For noobs: I put a condom on my fingers, makes it easier and safer (and clip your nails!). For the inexperienced, you may have to work your way up to getting 2 or even 3 fingers before trying to sf. Also make sure you're past the 'second hole' (the internal sphincter, technically) and not just playing around on the outside. Once you're dick is past the second hole (the hard part) it stays in much easier (it will hardly stay in at all if you don't get it past it). You need experience to know how to align your dick.

How to cum in your ass:

I've only done this twice, and damn is it hard for me to do, so there's not much explanation. I can't really get hard or get a ton of excitement while I'm in my ass, just because you can't really get a boner. Instead what I do is I take my dick out of my ass and, leaving it bent down towards my ass, I stroke it normally, edging until I'm about to come. I usually get semi-hard, even bent around like that, so my ass needs to be pretty loose. Once I'm about to come I push it back in.

Edit: It helps a lot if you can cum hands free, because that's basically what you are doing (and the orgasm is pretty much the same as a hands free one for me).

*A word of warning: don't break your dick, if you're anything but soft, yes, you can break it. If you cum but it stays in your dick until you take it out, that's probably not good for your urethra either, so try a less twisted position.

Thanks for this instruction! I´ve tryed this and it works. Clip the nails is always important by fingering the ass
