Low T

Post by tennsteven »

About a year ago I had my testosterone tested. I was borderline low. Since then my desire and erections have almost been lost. Doctor would not do anything to raise. Have any of you experience what used to be a big desire and erection gone by the wayside and if so, what did you do to refire. Is there any natural remedy that you could recommend. Right now I've discovered High T Black which is showing a little more results.
Thanks

Wow - sorry to hear it, man - that's tough.

If you're borderline low it may be understandable that the doctor is reluctant to treat it - there are some risks. I did a quick search and found this intro:

Do you have other health issues that might be contributing? There's a list of possible factors on the 2nd page of the article. Are you getting enough exercise?

I'd be careful about self-medication - even with herbal stuff. If you feel like your doctor isn't being responsive it might be worth looking for a different doctor!

Good luck, buddy!

Thanks Al:
Mark Wilson has a program that incorporates natural minerals and supplements that are rotated 1 type a day.

I'm giving that an honest try.
Exercise, Oh yea, I'm in the gym 3 times a day and very active other times.
One factor and you might pass this on to other guys. High cholesterol is treated using statin. Statins lower cholesterol which is where testosterone is made. Even low doses of the statin drugs effect the production from what I've gathered. However on the other hand, exercise especially in the large thigh muscle groups like the quads help produce testosterone. Seems like a vicious cycle. What needs to be done is a way of lowering cholesterol with natural plants. But there again most people just do not respond to them enough as heredity overtakes diet. I'm very conscious of diet and exercise and still have high blood pressure and cholesterol. I use a little generic viagra but refuse to become a slave to it.
Thanks for all you do.
Steve
