This is all fair an well, but there is no way to control it if you don't want a pic taken, it doesnt ask your persmission, so other party can just take a pic without your knowledge.
There is persons who don't respect this privacy and wont even at least have the courtesy to ask your permission , and even when you tell them not to, they try and be dirty about it and take one of you anyway (you know who you are).
Last thing i want is a pic of my face floating about the net doing my thing and someone i know hangs it over me in a vindictive way; social suicide indeed.

Thats the only thing that puts me off about the video chat system on here. I enjoy camming: getting my pic taken without my say-so, not so much.

Other than that, could be a fun way to see other selfers, for those who do want pics to be taken of our special art.

we'll just have to be self-moderating. IF you see your pic up there and you dont want it there. make a PM to one of the moderators with the details and we can delete it for you. I would think on this forum especially, that asking the poster to delete it would most likely be the easiest way. Have never had to argue with anyone here in all the years I been cumming here. Unlike some other forums I used to haunt regularly.... which will go unnamed...

I think this is undue paranoia with people worrying about their face being on the internet and someone else they know "finding it and using it against them" ecspecially without the picture being tagged with a name of some sort. No offence to anyone, but I see a lot of self-sucking with ski masks on or faces blurred. I don't understand this, and it seems like people are ashamed to be doing this act, as people do not usually wear ski masks performing other sex acts.
I have been camming for 10 years, and always show my face, and have had my picture show up ONCE on an obscure german website I came accross by chance, and you couldn't even tell it was me. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MASTURBATION PEOPLE, and the people I have come across camming (mostly straight) think it is very impressive and wish they could do it, I have still not found any recorded pictures or videos of me floating around the net.
And for someone you know to find it ... well they would have to be interested in the subject, I mean, what were they doing looking for it in the first place.
Self-sucking is out of the closet, thanks in part to the members of this site, and I think we should all be adults about it and not be ashamed of our talents.

Yeah - I think the only way to be sure your face doesn't ever show up is to hide your face every time you cam, which some guys do.

Even if the chat program had a "don't let anyone snap a still of me" function it wouldn't work - if someone can see you on their computer they can figure out a way to capture images.

But, as Zig said - you know we're respectful here and would take down any images of anyone who didn't want them up.
