I am over 240 lbs., and with kind of a thick gut right now, as I am trying to bulk up even more. I know it hinders how far I can reach down to my cock, which is only about 6-6.5 inches. Made some progress the other nite...suprised me! Actually I tried to SS on an empty stomach after I got home from the gym. I started warming up while in my chair as usual, then thought about assuming the seated position on the floor. It actually worked out better! Since you are a bodybuilder, you know that your routines make you stronger. The same goes for selfing. The more you stretch, the farther you are able to stretch. Keep at it "carefully" and you will find that one day you will be breathing as you are slurping! This is experience talking in my case. I remember exhaling completely to get in the "X" position for a few moments. One day I found that I could take a few short breaths. With more practice I soon realized that I was maintaining the position and breathing normally. Keep at it and you will keep surprising yourself!
Hey, Thanks N.E. Dave! That spider position must be cool to get into and SS! I almost did that the other nite, too. I was in my office chair in its lowest position, and decided to put my legs up onto my desk, which is a few feet higher. I could definitely put my arms thru my legs. So then I tried to pull myself down farther. I'll have to practice that position more, too!
