For me it's a combo of a bit of drink, RUSH, and a few good toys.
I haven't found anything that beats Holmes UR3 for feeling. Take it very slow, like about 1/8" every count of 10. That way you'll avoid the burning feeling, etc & have nothing but pleasure. From there graduate to a BP. I found a vinyl one that is 3 stage from 2.5 to 3.5 to 4". (If it's OK with Al I'll give the site where you can get it.)

Don't worry, this used to be my problem. As soon as i stretched my cock back and rubbed my hole i shot all over the place. What I do is lube up my ass with a finger and lube up the tip of my cock just a little. Before I get hard I twist and stretch my cock back past my ass hole as far as I can and then push on the head.
