Downloading XTube/FLV Videos in Internet Explorer
RealPlayer 11 has a browser plug in for IE that allows you to download FLV and other video formats from web pages, such as XTube. All you have to do is hover the mouse pointer over the video and a button will appear that will allow you to save the video to your hard drive.
Go to http://www.real.com/ and the link is near the top of the home page.

The way I have done it in the past is to (in Firefox) type
about:cache
in the address bar (exactly like that). This loads a page that gives you two options. Click List Cache Entries under Disk cache device.
After the next page loads you can try to find the .flv files using Edit-> Find in this page.
It is cumbersome, but it works.

This is detailed in an earlier topic here on the forums, but a quick version for Firefox users:
go to the Firefox add-ons page:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
and look for DownloadHelper. If you install it you'll be able to download media files, including FLVs, from most sites very easily by clicking on a button or using a contextual menu.
Easy!
