Some Stetching Techniques plz

Hi guys just looking for some stretching techniques for the plough position.

I dont know if im doing it rite so why not come to the best place and ask for some.

Ive tryed the X i can barely get one leg over my head never mind 2 lol.

Its also pointless me trying to do the seating one as my cockj is only 5-6 inches,im 21 and eager to learn lol.
