Ok so iv been trying to ss for what about 3 weeks now, and last night was my best ever!
I didnt practise for a week as i was letting my back heal a bit, and i tryed one night and i was all tight and could barly get a lick. so i took another day off and the next day i took a hot shower, didnt even stretch that much, and i was scking half my head.
